Laggan - Fort William - Laggan (3 nights)
Starting from the picturesque Laggan Locks, cruise alongside the stunning scenery of forested hills through the fresh waters of Loch Lochy, mooring up perhaps at the Letterfinlay Lodge for refreshments. Then it’s on to Gairlochy and the Clan Cameron Museum before arriving in the bustling town of Fort William, in the foothills of Ben Nevis.

Beautiful highland scenery awaits you as you cruise from Laggan along Loch Oich, which boasts some excellent fishing. There is a fantastic waterpark here with swimming pool sauna, mountain biking, windsurfing and canoeing all on offer and don’t miss the romantic ruins of Invergarry castle. Continue on to Fort Augustus, where you’ll find a good selection of shops, hotels and cafés.



Laggan - Inverness - Fort William - Laggan Laggan - Inverness - Fort William - Laggan (One week)
Cruise the entire length of the Caledonian Canal, and enjoy some truly stunning highland scenery. From Laggan you’ll pass through Loch Oich, with its fantastic waterpark and ruins of Invergarry Castle, via Fort Augustus into the dramatic surroundings of Loch Ness, famous for its legendary monster and dramatic ruins of Urquart Castle. There are some lovely forest walks to enjoy at Inverfarigaig, before arriving at Inverness, with its wide range of shops, restaurants and other facilities, as well as an impressive Victorian castle. Then it’s back to Fort William in the foothills of Ben Nevis, taking in the natural beauty of Loch Lochy on the way.

Two weeks will give you all the time you need to enjoy this unique cruise along the entire length of the Caledonian Canal.
