This very attractive old granary has been painstakingly converted into a very high standard holiday home in the grounds of the owners ancient farmhouse. The whole ground floor is one cleverly designed open plan living space which the whole family will enjoy. The Cinque Port of Hythe with its wide promenade and long beach is only a few miles away, the children will love Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and shopaholics will be in heaven at the nearby Mcarthurglen designer outlet! For the energetic there is a tennis court next to the granary which the owners are happy for guests to use. The granary is also in a very convenient location with great transport links - Ashford International station is only five miles for fast trains to London and Paris plus the ferry ports of Folkestone and Dover are an easy drive.


Ground Floor:
Sitting/Dining/Kitchen is a wonderful living space with lovely wood floor and a feature open tread oak staircase taking centre stage. To one end is the very well equipped Kitchen with lots of worktop space, an electric oven, hob and extractor hood, larder fridge, small freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is a country style dining table and chairs in the middle of the room and to the other end in the Sitting Room are two very comfortable leather sofas, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD and French doors to the patio

The granary is handily located just off the A20 Hythe Road and near to the M20 - so there is some traffic noise when outside.
