Visit Charleston Farmhouse, associated with The Bloomsbury Group and was also the country home of Vanessa Bell and Duncan Grant. Other sights of interest include The Monks House at Rodmell, home to Virginia Woolf (National Trust) and Berwick Church, which is Grade I listed and contains original murals and paintings by The Bloomsbury Group. Visit Brighton, Eastbourne, Seaford and Ashdown Forest, all within a short drive. For transport links, Berwick Station is a 10-minute drive and provides good access to London and the Gatwick Express, there are also trains to Eastbourne and Brighton.
