This delightful, stone-built, semi-detached cottage sits within 114 acres of uninterrupted mixed woodland walks in the Bin Forest, a quiet wild space where peace and tranquillity are the order of the day.
Reached by a 2-mile long forest track, there is a real sense of escape from everyday life. Bright and comfortable, the cottage boasts a vaulted ceiling in the living room and patio doors that lead onto the north-facing raised decking.
There is also a south-facing paved area to the front. Both are perfect for sitting out and soaking up the atmosphere.
In the cooler months, enjoy the warmth of the wood burner after a day out exploring the area. It is built on a split level, with steps leading up to the dining area and two comfortably furnished bedrooms.
Just 3½ miles from the market town of Huntly, in the heart of Aberdeenshire, this is an ideal central base for enjoying the beaches of the Moray Firth, just 1½ hours away, or the ski slopes of the Lecht, as well as the Nordic Ski Centre just outside the town and a popular Falconry Centre nearby.
