This holiday cottage is tucked away in a quiet courtyard setting in the picturesque village of Buckden which is set in the centre of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Surrounded by a stunning backdrop of hills, the walking is superb with strenuous walks up the hills or more gentle strolls along the River Wharfe. Hawes with its celebrated Wensleydale cheese factory is just 12 miles and also offers a wealth of individual shops, pubs and restaurants. The historic market town of Skipton known as the gateway to the Dales is 18 miles.
This property is close to the 2014 Tour de France route for the Yorkshire Grand Départ, come and see the spectacular countryside that’s in store for the riders on 5th and 6th July 2014.
