These beautifully presented single-storey holiday cottages stand elegantly in a courtyard of similar properties, within the grounds of the spectacular residence, Brantridge Park. From the moment the car passes through the gates winding through the lush meadows of bluebells and daffodils, guests feel as though they have stepped into a piece of British history. The main house, which all guests are welcome to visit, dates back to 1750, and for many years was the home of Princess Alice, Countess of Athlone, and was a favourite with many of the royal family. The splendid 5-acre landscaped gardens are a particular feature of the location - designed by Princess Alice, there are many hidden trails and paths leading to the 90 acres of woods and parkland.
